The Roadmap for the ex-post evaluation and fitness check of the ESF is out!
The purpose of this European Social Fund (ESF) 2007-2013 ex-post evaluation is to assess the achievements of the 117 operational ESF programmes during the 2007-2013 programming period. According tothe roadmap, the evaluation questions are the extent to which resources were used, effectiveness, efficiency and the socio-economic impact. The evaluation is based on the pro-active involvement of the stakeholders and an open 12-week Internet based public consultation is open. The findings of the evaluation will be discussed at the 7th European Conference on Evaluation of Cohesion Policy on 9/10 June 2016.
