Tackling radicalisation through education and youth action

As follow-up to the joint declaration by Ministers of Education and Commissioner Tibor Navracsics, the Commission for Education, Culture, Youth and Sports has produced a fact sheet on how European education and youth policy can meet the challenge of radicalisation. Speaking at the meeting of 17 March with education ministers in Paris, Tibor Navracsics, European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport said: “We remain united in our efforts to promote freedom of thought and expression, social inclusion and respect for others, as well as to combat discrimination in all its forms.” The assessment strengthens the role of Erasmus+ and other EU funded projects.
