European Social Fund 2014-2020: defend investment in lifelong learning!
For a year now, negotiations have been on-going in Brussels after the Commission disclosed its draft proposal for the next Cohesion Policy 2014-2020. EUCIS-LLL just issued a position paper on the future European Social Fund and will advocate in Brussels to secure the budget increase proposed by the Commission.
